Once you submit an order inquiry, we will promptly send you a confirmation email, along with an invoice estimate. This invoice will include all relevant price information, such as the cost per box, logistics costs (including taxes and duties), estimated manufacturing and packing time, port departure and arrival details, as well as the final delivery to your chosen destination.

To ensure your satisfaction, we will also provide you with photos of your order prior to shipment. These photos will include size specifications of the pallets, allowing you to plan for sufficient storage space at your destination. Additionally, we inspect the cases for any signs of damage before shipment to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.

Please note that upon delivery, the person who placed the order will be required to sign the shipment. This is to ensure accountability and to confirm that the order has been received as expected. The manufacturing and packaging usually take around 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Once the manufacturing and packaging are completed, and all logistics are arranged, we kindly request the remaining 70% of the invoice to be paid before the shipment can be sent.
